We are pleased to offer exhibitors the opportunity to book one-hour meeting slots in our new inflatable Meeting Pods, located on the Gallery Level. These informal spaces seat up to eight people and, while not sound-proofed, provide a degree of privacy away from the show floor. There is no charge for using the pods this year—simply use the link below to reserve your slot.

Steps to reserving your slot:

1. Select Meeting Pod 1 or 2
2. Choose your Day – Sunday 7th, Monday 8th or Tuesday 9th
3. Choose your one-hour time slot

Then simply add your company name, your name and email, fill in the anti-spam field and hit Submit!
